Before coming to Trinity in June, 2026, Rev. Emily served as an Associate Priest at Good Shepherd in Lexington. Originally from North Carolina, she holds an MDiv from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and a degree in American Studies and Religion from the University of the South; ever learning, she has the soul of an academic. She formerly served as a hospital chaplain, a youth minister, and a formation leader. Present and curious, she is always genuinely interested in the people in front of her. Emily is pastored daily by her furry friar, her adorable dog Dolly Parton.

Hailing from central Kentucky, Deacon Mark was ordained in 2018 and previously served at Grace Episcopal Church in Hopkinsville, KY, where his ministry focused on mission work and pastoral care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Finance from Transylvania University and Master’s Degree in Theology from The School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. He has worked in the non-profit field for 24 years. He currently lives in Lawrenceburg and is the Controller for Century Bank of Kentucky.

Cully has been Trinity’s Organist since 2022 and Music Director since 2023. Before then. he served at the First Christian Church in Georgetown, where he was the Director of Music Ministry. He earned his Bachelor of Music Degree from the University of Kentucky, and his Master of Music and Doctor of Music Arts in Piano Performance Degrees from the University of Cincinnati. He has been on faculty in the Music Department of Eastern Kentucky University since 2016.

Jennifer has been with Trinity since 2016 serving as Director of Finance. Jennifer is not only an Accountant; she has worked for various non-profits for almost 30 years throughout the world. She is currently the Executive Director of Grace Café in Danville, KY. A fixture in downtown Danville, you can find Jennifer most days at the Grace on the Go food truck! She also sits on the Board of Directors of One World Everybody Eats, where she continues to passionately address the global issue of food insecurity and hunger. She has three (mostly-grown) children - Kiah, a MSW student at UI Urbana-Champaign; Jacob, a mechanical engineering student at UK; and Kaiden, a senior at Danville High School.

Jamie has been with Trinity since 2022. She hails from North Carolina but has been a Kentuckian for over 20 years. She studied Theology at Ouachita Baptist University and Congregational Care at Asbury Theological Seminary. She will also soon graduate with her MA in Religious Studies from Chicago Theological Seminary; she is currently writing her thesis, which focuses on people who have left Evangelicalism. She also works for The Episcopal Diocese of Lexington. Jamie’s husband, Michael, works at the University of Kentucky; they have two kids, Benjamin and Micah, who spend their lives in the Low Brass section of the Garrard Co. High School Marching Band.

Born and raised in Danville, Katie is an alum of Transylvania University in Lexington, KY, with a double major in Art History and Religion. She recently began helping Trinity gather and properly archive our almost-200-years worth of old documents. She works at the Boyle County Library in Circulation and at Story Center, with whom she is organizing an oral history project for Trinity. When she is not hidden underneath a pile of books or dusty documents, Katie enjoys baking cookies (yum!), reading, and doing anything related to art.

Natalie is a first-year, Pre-Med student at Centre College. From Wolfe County, Kentucky, she is passionate about improving access to healthcare. She attended Craft Academy for Excellence in Science and Mathematics, where she gained experience through UK’s Markey Cancer Center’s Appalachian Career Training in Oncology (ACTION) Program, a public health internship in Bauchi State, Nigeria, and community initiatives through the Hazel Green Academy Revitalization Project. At Centre, Natalie continues her commitment to service through the Bonner Program as an intern with Fresh Start.
