The privacy policy for Trinity Episcopal Church’s web site is laid out below:

- Adult members. We post names of points of contact for groups or activities. We don’t post email addresses without explicit permission. We don’t post phone numbers or addresses. We may republish significant events, like anniversaries or graduations, from public media like newspapers.
- Youth and children. We don’t post full names -- at most the first name and initial of the last name. We don’t post addresses or phone numbers.
- Photographs.
- We try not to post photos that anyone would find embarrassing, objectionable, or hurtful.
- We don't include full names of children or youth in captions, and we minimize using full names of adults.
- If asked, we provide credit to photographers.
- We honor copyright wishes and restrictions.
- We gladly remove any photograph upon request.
