Shrove Tuesday, February 21

On Shrove Tuesday we will have a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper at 6:00pm in the Parish Hall: $3.00 for an individual and $5.00 for a family. Please celebrate Fat Tuesday with us.

Ash Wednesday, February 22

On Ash Wednesday, we recognize our dependence and humility before our Creator, Almighty God. The prayer book tells us that this is one of the two Fast Days in the year. Our worship on this day includes the Imposition of Ashes, the reminder that we are dust and to dust we shall return. We will have Holy Eucharist with Imposition of Ashes at 7am and 6:30pm. We will also have a Healing Service with Holy Eucharist and Imposition of Ashes at Noon.

Kroger Cards

The Vestry voted to offer Kroger Cards to parishioners at NO COST! Cards pre-loaded with $5.00 are now available from an usher and ready for you to load with additional funds. Kroger cards can be re-loaded at any Kroger store...even at the cash register before you check out! The cards can be used for groceries, gas, prescriptions and now can be used at Shell Gas Stations. 4% of what is loaded onto your card is donated back to Trinity and used to support outreach and other Trinity projects. For the last several years, we have averaged $3200 annually and hope to increase this for 2012. If you do not already have a Kroger card and shop there regularly, pick one up and get shopping!
